Select your base package and any add-ons using the quote builder. This shapes the pricing for your retainer invoice and service agreement.

Sign and pay retainer

You receive a service agreement and 50% retainer invoice. Once both are completed, your wedding date is exclusively secured.

Date locked in

Your date is confirmed. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the wedding. Full planning details come closer to the day via the wedding brief.

How much is the deposit to book a wedding videographer?

A 50% retainer is required to secure your wedding date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the wedding. Your date is locked in once the signed service agreement and retainer payment are received.

No. All pricing is published transparently. For weddings outside Auckland or with split locations, travel costs are quoted upfront before booking. There are no surprise fees.

Can I change my package or add extras after booking?

Yes. Add-ons can usually be added after booking, and package adjustments can be discussed. The initial quote locks in your base pricing. Any changes are confirmed in writing before your wedding day.

How long does it take to receive the finished wedding film?
