The more you share up front, the more useful my first reply can be. A few things that help:
For a wedding
- Your date and venue, or a shortlist if you're still deciding.
- The parts of the day that matter most to you - the ceremony, the speeches, both.
- A rough guest count, and whether your photographer is booked.
- The package you're leaning towards, if you've seen the pricing.
- A film from the portfolio that felt like you.
For brand video, event video or property video
- What the video is for and where it will run.
- The deliverables - length, formats and how many cuts.
- Your timeline and any fixed shoot dates.
- A reference video you like the feel of.
Your date, first come.
I film one wedding a day, so each Saturday goes to the first couple who books it. If your date is already set, it's worth asking early.
