NZ Commercial Video Production
Video built around what your business is trying to achieve.
Most videographers deliver files, not outcomes. I start by understanding what the video needs to do: the goal, the audience, the context. Then I build the deliverables, structure and deployment plan. Based in Auckland, working across Aotearoa New Zealand.

What video can do for your business
Built around the result you need
Every project starts with the outcome, then works backwards to the format. Here are the four ways businesses use video to move the needle.
Generate leads →
Walkthrough tours, product demos, and ad-ready cuts with hooks built to convert.
Build trust →
Testimonials, case studies, and interview-led stories that turn skeptics into buyers.
Launch something →
Brand films, product reveals, and campaign content that makes noise when it lands.
Keep momentum →
Event highlights and social content that extend reach long after the day is done.
Why I work differently
Video as a business tool, not a deliverable
Most production briefs start with "we need a video." I push on that. A video isn't an outcome. It's a means to one. Before I scope anything, I want to understand what you're actually trying to achieve so the work is built around that from the start.
Start with the goal, not the format
Before anything is scoped or scheduled, I want to know what you're trying to change: more leads, stronger credibility, a specific conversion. That answer shapes the deliverables, the structure, and the whole approach.
Build the assets around the outcome
The right deliverable isn't always the obvious one. Sometimes one shoot produces three formats that each serve a different part of your funnel. I scope based on what will actually work, not what sounds like a video project.
Help you put it to work
Delivery includes platform recommendations, format variants, and usage guidance so the content is directly useful from day one. Not files waiting for someone to figure out what to do with them.

Common Questions About Auckland Video Production
Everything you need to know about hiring an Auckland videographer, including turnaround times, corporate video pricing, deliverables, and event booking details.
How soon can we start?
Typically within 1-2 weeks. For events, launches, or property deadlines, earlier is better and I'll confirm availability in my reply.
What will you deliver?
Whatever fits the goal: hero edits, social cut-downs, tours, case studies, ad variants, testimonial videos, event highlights, or stills. I'll recommend formats and aspect ratios based on where the content is going.
Do you provide scripts and direction?
Yes. I help shape the message, shot list, pacing, and hooks before filming so the shoot stays efficient and the final edit feels aligned to your brand and objective.
How do revisions and feedback work?
Feedback is handled in clear rounds with tidy comment collection. Included revisions are outlined in the quote up front so there are no surprises once the project is underway.
Are licensing and music included?
Licensed music and brand-safe assets are included in the quoted scope where needed. If a project needs paid tracks, special licensing, or extra clearances, that gets priced transparently before anything is locked in.
Do you travel?
Yes, across Auckland and wider New Zealand. Travel is quoted clearly in advance so the full cost is agreed before booking.
How fast is turnaround?
That depends on the scope and deadline. Smaller edits can be delivered within days, while larger shoots and campaigns follow a clearly agreed schedule. I map the timeline up front so you know what to expect.
How do payments work?
A 50% deposit secures the booking, with the balance due on delivery. Retainers are also available for ongoing content, repeat shoots, or longer-term support.
What if I've never been on camera?
That's common. I'll guide delivery, positioning, and body language so people feel comfortable and come across naturally on screen.
Can we supply footage or brand assets?
Absolutely. Logos, fonts, existing footage, product shots, references, and brand guidelines all help keep the finished video consistent with your wider brand.
Can you work with our marketing team?
Definitely. I'm comfortable working with in-house teams, marketers, and agencies so the content fits the broader campaign, rollout, and platform strategy.
What if I need something custom?
Custom scopes are welcome. If your project doesn't fit a neat box, just outline the deliverables, timing, and goal through the form below or the full project brief and I'll build the quote around that.
How do I know what will work for my business?
That's the right question to start with. Before any brief is finalised, I'll ask what you're trying to change: more leads, stronger credibility, a specific conversion. I'll recommend the format, structure, and approach most likely to move that needle. If a different approach will serve you better than what you've requested, I'll say so.
Do you help with using the assets?
Yes. Delivery includes platform recommendations, format variants for different uses, and usage guidance so the assets are directly useful from day one. For ongoing campaigns or retainer work, this can include regular strategy check-ins so the content keeps working over time.
What actually goes into the brief?
The brief starts with goals, not deliverables. What does the audience need to think, feel, or do after watching? What's the context: paid ad, landing page, sales deck, organic social? That understanding informs every production decision that follows: format, structure, length, and how the edit is built.
Still not sure what you need? Send the rough version. A half-formed idea, deadline, or list of deliverables is enough for me to point you in the right direction.
Tell me what you're trying to achieve and I'll come back with how I'd approach it: scope, deliverables, and pricing. No obligation, no pitch.
