I've been making films since I was a teenager.
Growing up in Auckland, I spent most of my spare time with a camera - short films, skate videos, anything that moved. Wedding filmmaking has always stood out to me because I love storytelling. There is something really special about being able to capture one of the biggest days of someone's life in a way that they can relive the emotions for years to come.
I run this studio on my own by choice. Not because I can't scale, but because I genuinely believe a wedding film is better when the person behind the camera has been with you for every moment of the day - the nerves in the getting-ready room, the real laugh during the ceremony, the look your partner gives you before the speeches.
I'm based in Auckland and regularly travel for weddings outside the region, including Waiheke Island. I'm available for weddings further afield in 2026 and 2027 - if you have a date in mind, reach out and we'll work it out.

Things I've learned in wedding filmmaking - and why they shape the way I do every job.
Unobtrusive by design.
I blend into the background and move quietly through your day - working closely with your photographer and prioritising what unfolds naturally over what's directed. The moments that matter most are rarely the posed ones.
Audio is non-negotiable.
Vows and speeches are the emotional core of a wedding film. Lavaliers on both the bride and groom, a direct feed from the PA, and on-camera ambient audio - running simultaneously. I have never lost audio on a wedding day.
Deliver what I promise.
I stick closely to my delivery timelines, stay in communication throughout the process, and make sure there are deliverables along the way - so you have something in hand well before the final film arrives.
The final video absolutely blew us away. The quality, storytelling, and editing were incredible - it truly feels like we're reliving the day every time we watch it.
